| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Maestro, Switch & Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. However for backordered items there will be an additional cost of shipping. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping and Handling charges are £8.00 GBP and is limited to 10KGS as a maximum and is to anywhere in the UK. We do not ship abroad outside of the UK and this amount is non refundable if items are returned for any reason. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR GIFT VOUCHER IS CHARGED OUT AT 36pence although it reads £8.00 at point of order. Shipping and handling is charged on items that are backordered unless notified otherwise by us. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away and we will normally send your order to you within 15 business days of the order being placed, unless otherwise notified to you by us. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or we will find you a suitable alternative. Shipping is due on items that have to be sent seperately and that are on backorder. We will of course try our best to avoid further un expected costs but you will always be informed of any additional costs before send backordered items. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added from the 4th January 2011. All our prices are sent inclusive of VAT at present. Upon request we will itemise the VAT that you pay on each purchase. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction, however, if you do have a material problem with any products then we will refund you fully with exception to the shipping and packaging cost incurred and this period is only for 7 days. This does not effect your statutory rights in anyway. |
